Agreement to Terms
By engaging Cipher Meridian's services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Cipher Meridian provides professional advisory services related to digital asset custody, security posture assessment, and estate planning integration. We do not take custody of any digital assets. Our role is purely advisory and educational.
All services are provided subject to engagement-specific terms documented in service agreements. These general terms apply to website use and initial consultations.
Service Limitations
Our services are advisory in nature. We:
- Do not guarantee specific security outcomes
- Do not take custody of digital assets
- Cannot prevent all possible security incidents
- Provide guidance based on current best practices and available information
- Recommend periodic review as threats and technology evolve
Payment Terms
Services are priced in Singapore Dollars (S$) as specified on our website or in engagement agreements. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements are documented in writing.
We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with services provided, contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will review the matter and determine appropriate remedies, which may include partial refunds or additional consultation time at no charge. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and engagements. This obligation extends indefinitely beyond service completion. We never disclose client relationships or specific engagement details without explicit written permission.
Intellectual Property
Documentation and procedures we create during engagements are provided for your use. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit these materials. Our methodologies, processes, and proprietary frameworks remain our intellectual property.
Website content, including text, graphics, and design elements, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law.
You acknowledge that digital asset security involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated through any advisory service.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees for services provided through the termination date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration in Singapore under Singapore International Arbitration Centre rules.
